Subject: [BookofMe] layout idea

Greetings!  Since The Book of Me is all about giving you specific ideas on how to scrapbook about yourself, I thought I would share a layout I completed recently.  This is a "Me" layout because it lists things I got as Christmas gifts this season, from whom, and what those gifts said about my relationship with the giver.  Like I listed that my kids gave me cozy cotton pj's because they look forward to relaxing with me in the mornings and on the weekends.  And may I point out there are NO pictures!  I'm trying to show that journaling can carry a layout without the benefit of photos.  Gotta love those Fresh Cuts (by Rebecca Sower)  for layouts like that!  lol

Title font is DJ Sweet and the journaling font is Arkitex by Bright Ideas.  The fasteners are Bedazzler diamond-cut studs.  From Hobby Lobby.

I encourage you to create a similar layout -- start with this most recent holiday season's blessings while they are fresh in your mind.
